In order to provide timely prescription refills we ask that you please call your pharmacy for all prescription refills and have them fax us your refill request. Please allow us 48 hours to complete your refills.
We offer Urgent Care hours to our patients with acute issues between the hours of 5pm-6pm Monday-Thursday. First come, first serve basis. No appointment is necessary.
We are pleased to introduce secure online services through out Patient Portal. These services will help us correspond securely, keep your information up to date, and are available 24/7 from the comfort of your home. Please come in to the office to get your personal PIN to register.
For your convenience, we try to offer same day appointments. Please try to contact us as early as possible to assure your spot. We are open Monday through Thursday from 7am-4:30pm and Friday 7am-1:30pm.
